Step 1 — Site walk and quote. An arborist and operations lead walk the lot with you, identify what stays and what goes, and provide a detailed written quote.
Step 2 — Permits and 811 marking. We pull any necessary Hernando County permits and have utilities marked at no charge to you.
Step 3 — Tree and brush removal. Larger trees come down first, then brush and undergrowth.
Step 4 — Stump grinding or grubbing. Standard is grinding; for construction prep we can grub (full root removal).
Step 5 — Debris haul and final grade. Everything off-site, area raked or scraped to your spec.
Most residential-scale clearings (under 1 acre) wrap in 2-4 days. Larger commercial sites scale accordingly.

Highly variable — most quarter-acre residential lots run $2,500-$6,000. Full-acre clearings range $5,000-$15,000. Heavily wooded or wetland-adjacent sites cost more. We provide detailed written quotes after a site walk.
Yes. If burning is part of your clearing plan and the season/conditions allow, we obtain Hernando County and Florida Forest Service permits and manage the burn safely.
Yes — selective clearing is one of our specialties. We'll walk the lot with you, flag what stays, and protect those trees during the clearing process.
Light grading and rake-out, yes. For full earth-moving and pad-prep, we partner with a local grading contractor and can coordinate the handoff.
